Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return. 

Return Process

• Contact our support team to request a return.
• Securely package the product.
• Ship the product back to us. 

Return Shipping 

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund 

Since our products are:

• Made-to-order

• 3D printed based on customer-selected specifications (size, color, design)

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after production has started.

• Minor color, texture, or surface variations caused by the 3D printing process.

• Custom or personalized orders.

Cancellation policy

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation only if production has not started.

• Once the printing or production process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

• If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
